Enabling notifications

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Organization Configuration.
  3. Open the row for the organization record.
  4. Select the Health Emails and Notifications tab.
  5. Optionally, select the check box for Use Corporate Header And Footer.
    This check box is available only if a header and footer have been set up for this organization in Administration > Set Up > Email > Header And Footer. If enabled, then the Use Corporate Header And Footer option inserts the preset header image and HTML-formatted footer text into all health emails.

  6. For each of the actions that requires a notification, select the Notifications check box.
    Notifications are sent to these recipients for each action:
    Assign - Notifications

    Select this check box to send a notification when the Component Assigned To Employee action is performed. The employee to whom the health component is assigned is notified.

    Note: This functions the same for reverted components.
    Refuse - Notifications
    Select this check box to send a notification when the Refuse Component action is performed. The facility manager or the administrator who assigned the health component to the employee who refused is notified.
    Complete - Notifications
    Select this check box to send a notification when the Complete Component action is performed. The employee is notified upon completion of the component that was assigned.
    Employee Completed - Notifications
    Select this check box to send a notification when the Completed by Employee (Pending Approval) action is performed. The facility manager or administrator who assigned the health component to the employee requesting approval is notified.
    Waive - Notifications
    Select this check box to send a notification when the Waive Component action is performed. The employee whose health component was waived is notified.
    Approve - Notifications
    Select this check box to send a notification when the Approve Component action is performed. The employee who submitted the health component for approval is notified.
  7. For each of the actions for which to configure an email, select at least one email rule.
  8. Click Save.
