Viewing waived or completed assignments

Perform this task to view components for which no additional action is required.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Health Components.
    Or, select Home > Monitor Health Components.
  3. Click the Waived tab.

    Or, click the Completed tab. This tab displays clinician and treatment information, if available.

  4. Optionally, open a record to view assignment details.

    You can create and review notes and contacts.

  5. Optionally, select More Actions > Change Clearance to indicate whether the employee can return to the workplace.

    This option is available only if the health component was configured for inclusion in employee clearance.

    You can clear all health components on the Completed list by selecting More Actions > Clear Completed Components. Select the organization and click Submit. The application scans through all health components that have been completed and which have been configured for employee clearance. The components are marked as Cleared.
