Viewing history of a health record

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Expiration Maintenance.
    Or, select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.

    Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.

  3. Click the Employees tab.
  4. Open a row on the list of health records.
  5. Click the Resource Health Component History tab.
  6. Open a row on the components list.
    The Resource Health Component History page is displayed.
  7. View this information about audit actions that occurred after the component was assigned to this resource:
    Audit Info
    View information about the assignment date, user ID of the assigner, and reason code for the assignment.
    Dates
    View critical dates during the life cycle of this assignment: Assigned, Due, Completed, Expiration, Next Due.
    Details
    View the assignment status, for example In Progress. View a summary of important characteristics and whether they are present for this assignment. For example, test results, whether the employee refused, and more.
    Costs
    View costs-to-date that have been entered for this assignment.
  8. Click the browser Back button to return to the previous page.
