Adding a pre-defined appointment

Perform this task to add a pre-defined appointment for selection at the time of assigning a component to a group. You can also select this when setting an appointment for an individual, for example a new hire.
  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Occupational Health > Appointments.
  3. Click Create.
  4. Specify this information:
    Appointment
    Specify a name for the appointment.
    Description
    Provide additional information to identify the appointment. For example, you can include the timing, location, or groups that are related to the appointment.
    Active
    Clear this check box to hide this appointment option from users.
    Location

    Select an existing HR location to indicate where the health component is to be completed. If a suitable location is not available, then you can add one.

    Start

    Select the first date and time that employees can be seen to complete this appointment.

    End
    Select the last date and time that employees can be seen to complete this appointment. Do not complete this field if you specified a value in the Duration field.
    Duration
    Specify the number of hours after the Start field value that are allotted to serve all employees who are included in this appointment. Do not complete this field if you specified a value in the End field.
    Reminder
    Specify the number of minutes before the appointment start time to send a reminder to the employee.
    Appointment Location
    Select the actual location of the appointment. For example, Second Floor Lunchroom or Manager Office.
  5. Click Save.
