Cube reports

Cube reports are included in the application. A health administrator can use them to perform data analysis and reporting for health components. Analytical reports contain these components:

  • Dimensions, which provide the structure and context of the data. Dimensions include location, position, component date period, health component.
  • Dimension levels, which you can use to specify the hierarchy of data sorting.
  • Times, which determine the scope of data included in the report.
  • Chart options, which determine the presentation format.

Available data queries are:

  • Completed Chart Report – use this report type to get this information:
    • The percentage complete of all health components that have been assigned
    • Identification of the resources who have overdue components
    • Identification of the due date and completion status of each component
  • Completed On Time Report – use this report type to get this information:
    • Count of resource health components that were completed on time
    • Location-sorting of resources who were assigned health components
  • Status By Location Report – use this report type to get this information:
    • Count of resource health components by the component status
    • Location-sorting of resources who were assigned health components
    • Drill-down or detail information by position and health component

Refresh reports frequently to obtain new data that was added to the underlying data set.

Advanced information is presented on dashboards with reports and metrics that cover health components across locations in any organization. You can monitor the timeliness of health components. For example, you can track the approaching due dates, overdue dates,and expiring dates of all components. You can manage compliance by tracking completion rates by health component and employee. You can track completion and cancellation of health appointments for health components and more.
