Assignment monitoring

After a component or component series is assigned to a resource or eligibility group, you can monitor its compliance status. You can view lists of all health components that are currently in process, pending approval, refused, waived, and completed. You can also view health components that are overdue or approaching their due dates. Red indicators mark overdue components, and yellow indicators mark those that are nearing their due dates.

An assignment can be in one of these statuses:

  • In Process - components that were assigned to and are awaiting completion by employees
  • Pending Approval - components that were marked as completed by employees and are awaiting approval
  • Refused - components that were refused by employees
  • Waived - components that have been waived for any reason
  • Completed - components that have been completed and approved. Completed components become health records.

    See Assignment completion.

There are several views that are available, and there are many actions that you can take on components. These are some details that are tracked for occupational-health requirements:

  • Due dates to ensure completion
  • Status to identify assignments that are complete, incomplete, and overdue
    • By Component tab shows the list of employees who are assigned to the selected component. You can filter by status and view expiration dates. You can access each employee record, for example to view health records and appointments.
    • Summary tab shows the number of assignments in each status for the selected component. You can change the view to present data in graphical or table format.
  • Health records to track expiration dates
  • Renewals, which can be automated
  • Reminders and emails to ensure completion
