Updating health-history report data

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Utilities > Data Maintenance > Generate Health History.
  3. Click Search.
  4. In the Module column, select Health And Safety.
    Search results include these entries:
    • Update Health Component History - Updates previous health components with audit information
    • Update Health Record History - Updates previous health records with audit information
  5. Select one or both entries and select More Actions (ellipsis) > Update.
    Audit information in the selected reports is updated with audit data that is available through the current date and time.
