Occupational health configuration

You must perform this setup before accessing occupational-health functionality:

  • Date calculation methods - This setting is used to calculate a date using another date. For example, a due date is set for 30 days after a health component is assigned.
  • Injection sites - These options identify the location on the body where an injection is given. For example, hip, L deltoid, left arm.Health-component types - These options distinguish among multiple health component types. For example, a health test, an immunization with lot numbers, or an immunization without lot numbers.
  • Health components - These options are the wellness activities that the employee must complete. For example, a test, vaccine, immunization or procedure. Setup for health components includes:
    • expiration and renewal date
    • expected result (positive/negative/completed)
    • eligibility groups t mass assign components
    • lot numbers from medication packaging
    • positions to which health components can be linked
    • cost information
    • clearance view
  • Health series - These are components that have been linked into a standard sequence for convenience during assignment and scheduling.
  • Pre-defined appointments
  • Healthcare-treatment facilities
  • Clinicians - employees who administer tests and vaccines
