Maintaining the list of clinicians

Perform this task to maintain the list of clinicians to select when defining components.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Set Up > Occupational Health > Clinicians.
  3. To add a clinician, click Create.
    Specify this information:
    Clinician
    Select a resource to which to assign a clinician role. The pool of potential clinicians is all employees.
    Active
    Clear this check box to hide this clinician from users.
  4. Click Save.
  5. To inactivate a clinician record, open the record and clear the Active check box.
    The association of this clinician to historical components is retained. The clinician is removed from the list of active clinicians.
  6. Click Save.
