Viewing completion details for a component

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety Facility Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Complete Components.
  3. Highlight the entire row for a component in the Health Components pane.
    In the lower pane, view the list of employees who have completed the component. Completion date, documents received, and injection site, if any, are displayed for each employee.
    Optionally, open an employee row to view additional information about compliance.
  4. Optionally, open a record in the Health Components pane to view component requirements.
  5. Click OK.
