Viewing all assignments of a component

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety Facility Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Health Components.
  3. Click the By Component tab.
    View the list of employees who are assigned to the selected component. Depending on your role, this is available on the Staff pane or the Employees tab.
  4. Optionally, filter by status and view expiration dates.
  5. Optionally, access the assignment record, for example to view health records and appointments.
