Viewing health records by employee or by component

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management or Health & Safety Facility Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Maintain Health Records > Health Records.
    Or, select Home > Monitor Health Records.
  3. Click the Employees tab.
    Optionally, select an employee record to view the list of health records for components that the employee has been assigned, if any.
    Or, double-click an employee record to open the associated Health Profile page.

  4. Click the Health Components tab.
    Optionally, select a component record to view the list of health records of employees to whom the component has been assigned, if any. Or, double-click a component record to open the Health Component page.
    Or, if you are a facility manager, select a facility on the Health Records pane to filter the list by that facility.
  5. Optionally, open a row in the results pane to view or update health-record details.
