Attaching a component to an incident

Use this procedure to attach the component to a safety incident, if your organization has enabled employee-safety functionality. See the Infor Employee Safety User Guide.

You must have already created the component assignment for the employee.

  1. Sign in as Health & Safety Management.
  2. Select Occupational Health > Monitor Health Components > Health Components.
  3. Select a component.
  4. Click More Actions (ellipsis) > Attach to Incident.
  5. Specify an incident number.
    Optionally, click Filter to open column-header fields so that you can filter results.
  6. Click OK.
    The assignment is displayed in the Health Components panel of the Follow Up Actions tab of the incident record within the Safety Management menu.

    It is also displayed in the Health Components panel of the Follow Up Actions tab of the employee record within the Safety Management menu.
