Configuration of Infor Go and Mobile HCM

Before you can use Infor Mobility, you must locate and install the Infor Go mobile app on your device. Download the app from the Play Store if you have an Android device or the App Store if you have an IOS device. After installation of the mobile app, follow the authentication and setup steps to connect to the HCM suite.

A customer administrator provides the required QR code. The QR code that you receive is specific to your mobile operating system.

An Infor OS Portal or Infor Ming.le HCM application plugin can be configured to permit access from Infor Go. Landmark Soho 4.0 UX is required.

Configuration Options

You can configure the content that is displayed on the Infor Go mobile app: Mobile HCM or the same content as the HR Talent desktop. By default, Mobile HCM content is displayed. The Configuration Console can be used to control which content is displayed.

The Navigation menu and homepage that are displayed inside Infor Go for the Employee and Manager roles are independently configurable.

You can use a simple configuration or a hybrid configuration.

  • The simple configuration has two options:
  • The hybrid configuration enables a mix of Mobile HCM and HR Talent desktop content.
    • This configuration uses the Mobile HCM menu. The menu can be configured to display a combination of HR Talent menu items and Mobile HCM widgets that have been enabled in Administrator > Set Up > Structure > Mobile Configurations.
    • The homepage is the Mobile HCM homepage or the HR Talent desktop homepage, whichever is configured.
