Cancelling a checklist for a mentee

If a checklist is no longer applicable to a mentee (for example, a mentee has left the organization or transferred to a position where the checklist is no longer needed), you can cancel the checklist. Only a learning manager or administrator can reverse this action.

Note: 

You can also perform this task on the Checklists tab on the mentee's profile.

To cancel a checklist

  1. In your Mentor space, access Checklists > Checklists.
  2. On the Monitor tab, select the mentee, then select Cancel Checklist.
  3. On the pop-up dialog, use the following guidelines to specify field values.
    Reason

    Required. Select the reason why you are cancelling the checklist.

    Comment

    Optionally, add a comment.

  4. Click OK, then click Yes to confirm.

    The checklist disappears from the view and is moved to the historical checklists list. You can access the Historical Checklists panel on the Checklists tab of the mentee's profile.
