Viewing, modifying, or canceling address requests

You can view, modify, or cancel the requests submitted by the employee. The employee can view, modify, or cancel the requests that you submitted. An employee can have more than one pending address changes or additions. But only one address can be flagged as a mailing address and home address.

To update a pending address request, select the Pending Address Requests panel, specify changes, and click Save.

To cancel a pending address request, select the Pending Address Requests panel and click Cancel Request.

You can make changes to the request until the request is approved. When the request is approved, it is removed from the Pending Address Requests panel, and the address is added on the Addresses panel.

If the administrator or generalist returns the address addition request, a red flag is displayed next to the address addition request. You can make the changes requested by the administrator or generalist, save the changes, and resubmit the request. You can also cancel the request.

If the administrator or generalist rejects the request or anyone cancels the request, the request is removed from the Pending Address Requests panel and no change is made.
