Resource goals

Managers can suggest goals for their employees. Employees must accept their manager-initiated goals before they become active.

The employee can accept the goal or return the goal to you. The employee cannot make changes, but the employee can explain in a comment why the goal is returned. Goals that are approved by year must be accepted or returned together.

If the organization uses automatic notifications, you will be notified by email when the goal is returned and when the goal is accepted.

  • If the goal is returned, it reverts to Draft status on the Pending tab. You can modify it, resubmit it, or delete it.

  • If the goal is accepted, it moves from the Pending tab to the Active tab.

Managers can also mass create goals for multiple employees.
