Absence Management
Absence Management works in conjunction with Infor HR Talent to enable you and your resources to request and manage time off,
compensatory time off and leave of absence requests.
Without Absence Management, leaves of absences are on the resource's Work Assignments tab and the Time Off Requests tab is not used. See the Leave of absence processing section of the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide for details.
