Reassigning an employee appraisal as a manager or appraisal owner

As a direct manager or as an appraisal owner, you can reassign appraisals to another manager or to yourself. The manager you assign becomes the appraisal owner. You can reassign the appraisal again at any time.

Note: Performance appraisals can only be reassigned to other managers.
  1. Select Manager > Review Performance.
  2. Locate the performance appraisal to reassign. Take one of these actions:
    • Click the My Staff tab and select the employee whose assignment to reassign to display the employee's appraisals.
    • Click the All Assigned to Me or By Status tab to view all of your active performance appraisals and select the appraisal to reassign.
      Note: All the appraisals that you own are displayed on the All Assigned to Me tab, whether you are the employee's direct or dotted line manager.
  3. Select the performance appraisal to reassign, and click Reassign Appraisal.
  4. Select Assign To Me to become the new owner of the appraisal or select a new appraisal owner in the New Appraisal Owner field.
  5. Click OK. The new appraisal owner is displayed in the Appraisal Owner column. You can still reassign the appraisal.
