Monitoring the appraisal dashboard

You can use the Appraisal Dashboard to monitor the status of appraisals for you and the managers reporting to you are responsible. You can view appraisals in all statuses, except Preliminary, and you can view appraisals that have been assigned to an owner other than the selected manager.

Note: Each appraisal list contains only the appraisals for the selected manager's direct reports. For example, if Manager A has three direct reports, (B, C, and D) and D is a manager with two direct reports (E and F), the list for A includes appraisals assigned to B, C, and D. The list for D includes appraisals assigned to E and F.
