As a manager, follow these steps to
respond to pulse survey questions.

Questions that are assigned to a manager for their team are displayed
individually in the Continuous Performance homepage tile. Responses can be saved
as a draft or submitted. After a question has been submitted, it is no longer
displayed.

Click View More to view all
unsubmitted questions in a list.

Click Manager follow-up notes to
track actions taken on the employee’s answer.
