Monitoring your checklists

As a manager, you may want to monitor the active checklists and checklist components for your direct reports, especially those that may be overdue or getting close to their due dates.

To monitor your checklists

  1. In Manager space, select Develop Employees > Checklists.

    On the Monitor tab, checklists are listed by due date in ascending order. A red alert denotes Overdue checklists.

  2. Open a checklist to view the status of the checklist components.
  3. If applicable, take action on the checklists or checklist components. Actions you can take on checklists or checklist components

Waive Waiving checklist components

Note: 

Waiving the activity changes the status of the checklist so that the checklist can be completed. It does not change the status of the activity itself. Session (event) or cancellation must happen in Infor Learning Management.
