Hiring-decision process

Managers can view only candidates that are in the Hiring Manager Review, Qualify, or Disposition selection process. You can see only candidates for positions for which are the hiring manager. You will place candidates in these categories:

• Qualify - After your initial review of job applications, you can advance qualified candidates for further examination, for example more interviews, testing, background check, and more according to your organization's processes.
• Disposition - If you decide not to hire a candidate, the candidate enters the disposition process.
