Organization Chart

To view your own organization structure.

Select My Staff > My Staff > Organization Chart tab.

The chart view is color-coded and displays this information:

  • The employees that report directly or indirectly to you. This also contains staff for whom you may be the temporary direct or dotted line manager.

    Blue denotes staff who are also supervisors. If no employee holds the supervisor role, the staff displays as unassigned. If multiple employees are assigned to a supervisor role, place your cursor over the box to see the names of the assigned employees.

    Red denotes direct reports who are not supervisors.

    Green denotes dotted line reports.

    Yellow denotes positions for which requisitions have been approved in Talent Acquisition. After these positions have been filled, they will become direct reports on your organization chart.

  • Under the list of all staff, the supervisors are listed with the list of their own reports.

  • Select Charts > List to display the same information in tree format.
