Canceling requests to renew skills or credentials

  1. Select To Do > Qualification Requests and select the Skills Renewals tab or the Credentials Renewal tab.

    Or select My Staff > My Staff, select the employee, click View Full Profile and click the Talent Profile tab.

    A yellow flag denotes that a request has been submitted. A red flag denotes that the skill or credential is expired.

  2. Select the skill or credential, and click Cancel Request To Renew.

    The request is removed from the Qualifications Requests list. If you took the action from the employee's talent profile, the yellow flag denoting a pending request is removed from the skill or credential. The employee can submit a new request.
