Enabling and disabling team list

Team List feature is on by default but it can be turned on or off by following these steps:

  1. Sign in as Administrator.
  2. Search for ConfigurationParameter on the search menu.
  3. On the results under the data folder, select ConfigurationParameter.
  4. In the displayed list, search teamlist in the key column.
  5. Search for HCM_Disable_ManagerTeamListReport_Feature.
  6. Set the value to true.
  7. Save the changes.
    Note: The feature is now off and the managers must not see the Team List tab on My Staff page. To turn it back on, reset the parameter’s value to false.
    Note: After the team list feature is turned on, the reporting relationship must be rebuilt, otherwise, levels will not be shown correctly or Not Entered will be displayed. For more information, see the Running rebuild maintenance utilities in the Infor HR Talent Setup and Administration Guide.
