Viewing rolled up budgets

This topic is applicable only if your organization uses learning budgets. It is not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

Use this procedure to view all the budgets that you own and the rolled up amounts of those budgets (the budget amount that you own plus the budget amounts that your managers own).

To view rolled up budgets

  1. Select Manager > Develop Employees > Learning Budget Analysis.
  2. Select the Rolled Up Budgets tab.

    The Budgets panel shows all the budgets that you own and the rolled budget amounts (the amounts that you are responsible for plus the amounts that your managers are responsible for).

  3. Open a budget to view the budget amounts that you and your managers are responsible for.
  4. To view the details for a manager's budget, open the budget you want to view on My Managers Rolled Up Totals.
    • The Requests tab shows the activities associated with the budget, their total projected costs, and their statuses. Open an activity to view the details. Select the Costs tab to view the details of the costs associates with an activity.

    • The Budget Totals tab shows the actual budget amount that you are responsible for, the projected spent amount (which is the total projected costs of the resource activities associated with the budget), and the remaining amount.
