Health and safety

As a manager, you can perform the following actions to promote employee safety:

• Report observations on behalf of reports
• Mass-create observations that impact one or more employees, if they are your direct reports. You can also mass-create observations for employees who are on a work assignment for which you are specified as Is A Supervisor.
• Recognize and validate safe behaviors

Managers also monitor direct reports' occupational-health components to verify that employees comply with job requirements.
