Completing a checklist

When a checklist displays a status of Ready For Completion, you can complete the checklist if managers were given permission to complete it when it was defined. Learning managers and administrators can reactivate a completed checklist.

You can also access this form in Develop > Employees > Development Plans checklists tab or My Staff > View Full Profile.

To complete a checklist

  1. In Manager space, select Develop Employees > Checklists.
  2. Select the checklist you want to complete.

    To locate checklists that are awaiting completion, filter on checklist with the status Ready For Completion.

  3. Click Complete.
  4. Click Yes.

    The checklist is moved to Historical Checklists panel on the Checklists tab of the employee's development plan or full profile.
