Copying a direct report's activity (learning budgets only)

Not applicable if you are using Infor Learning Management.

If you want to assign the same activity request to multiple direct reports, you can use the Copy Activity action as a shortcut. You can copy a activity from the direct report's development plan. This action is available only to organizations that use learning budgets.

To copy a activity

  1. Select Manager > Develop Employees > Development Plans.
  2. Select an employee.
  3. On the Active Activities panel or on the Historical Activities panel, right-click the activity and select Copy Activity.
  4. Specify this information:
    New Employment ID

    If you want to create a activity for another direct report, select the new direct report's employee ID.

    New Start Date

    The default value is the start date of the copied activity. Specify the new start date, if applicable.

    New Due Date

    The default value is the due date of the copied activity. Specify the new due date, if applicable.

    Required

    Clear the check box if the activity is not required.

    New Priority

    If the priority is different, specify a new priority.

    New Request Origin

    If the origin of request is different, select the new origin of request.

    New Comments

    Add new comments if applicable.

  5. Click OK.
