Canceling requests to update proficiency levels

  1. Select Manager > To Do > Qualification Requests, and click the Competency Proficiencies tab or the Skill Proficiencies tab.

    or select My Staff > My Staff > View Full Profile > Talent Profile, and select the competency or skill for which the proficiency update has been requested.

    Note: On the employee's talent profile, a yellow flag denotes that a request has been submitted.
  2. Select the skill or credential and click Cancel Request To Renew.

    The request is removed from the Qualifications Requests list. If you took the action from the employee's talent profile, the yellow flag denoting a pending request is removed from the competency or skill. The employee can submit a new request.
