Updating rating criteria for rated goals

  1. Open the goal to update.
  2. Update the detail fields, add or delete aligned goals, add or delete comments, and add descriptions to the rating criteria (for rated goals only). If the goal is scored based on external results, you must specify results ranges.

    • To add results ranges, click the Rating Criteria tab. See Specifying goal result ranges.

    • To add an aligned organizational goal, click the Aligned Goals tab. Click Align, select the organizational goal, and click Save. See Guidelines for aligned organizational goals.

    • To add comments, select the Comments tab. Click Create, add comments and click Save. Your comments display with the date of entry.

    • To add rating criteria (for rated goals only), click the Rating Criteria tab. Add the descriptions for each rating level, and click Save.
