Updating employee goals (administrator)

As an HR administrator, you can update goals for any employee even in Active status. You can also update bonus objectives.

  1. Access Administrator > Goals > Resource Goals.
  2. Locate and select the employee whose goal you want to update.
  3. On the Active tab, open the goal you want to update.

    Note two fields that did not exist when you created the goal:

    Manager Rating

    This field displays the current rating based on the entered external results.

    Progress

    You can select a progress value (On Target, Ahead of Schedule, or Behind Schedule). This value is used by the Goals Progress Analysis report.

  4. Enter your changes and save.
