Organizational goals helper list

A helper list is included in the Organizational Goals panel for a selected Goal Year. When the Helper List is opened, a list all Organizational Goals that are not cascaded in an HR Organization is displayed. Administrators can filter on a Goal Year to view all goals for that year. You can also Copy To Goal Year from this view to copy goals over to the Goal Year record selected. One or more Organizational Goals can be copied from the Helper List to the Organizational Goals panel of the selected Goal Year record. All copied goals have an initial status of Draft unless the Finalized Copied Goals is selected.
