Suggesting goals

Use this procedure to define bonus objectives. You can define a bonus objective by selecting Manager > Manage Goals > Goals Goals and attach it to a bonus objective period by selecting Manager > Adjust Compensation > Bonus Objectives. You can also create bonus objectives by selecting Manager > Adjust Compensation > Bonus Objectives. See Compensation User Guide.

Managers can suggest goals for their employees. Employees must accept their manager-initiated goals before they become active.

Managers can also mass create goals for multiple employees. See Mass creating goals.

You can also suggest employee goals on Manager > Develop Employees > Development Plans or on Manager > My Staff > View Full Profile.
