Viewing organizational goals and aligned employee goals (administrator)

Goal Management provides different views of organizational goals and aligned employee goals and organizational goals.

  1. Access Goal Leader > Organizational Goals.
  2. Select the view that you are interested in.
    • Click the By Organizational Goals tab to view the organizational goals associated with an organization unit. Expand the organization structure as needed and select the organization unit. The organizational goals for the organization unit are displayed on the Organizational Goals panel.

    • Click the All Organizational Goals tab to view all organizational goals with their organization units in a flat view, along with their aligned employee goals and organizational goals. Use the Search feature to locate the organizational goal for which you want to view aligned resource goals and aligned organizational goals.

      • The All Aligned Resource Goals tab displays the employee goals aligned with the selected organizational goal and click.

        Note: 

        This tab also displays any employee goals assigned to a subordinate organization unit of the selected organization unit.

      • The All Aligned Organizational Goals tab displays the organizational goals aligned with the selected organizational goal and organization unit.

    • Click the Goal Alignment tab to view for each organizational goal, the top organization unit that it belongs to, the number of aligned organizational goals for this goal, the total number of directly or indirectly aligned employee goals, and the number of employee goals that are directly aligned with it.

      • The Directly Aligned Resource Goals tab displays employee goals that are aligned to the selected organizational goal within the selected organization unit.

      • The All Aligned Resource Goals tab displays all employee goals that are aligned to the selected organization goal within the selected organization unit or any of its subordinate organization units.
