Misaligned Goals (administrator)

This analytic cube displays Resource Goals that are aligned to the Organizational Goal shown but are no longer within the alignment group shown.

Access: Administrator (or Generalist) > Goals > Reports > Goal Alignment Reports > Resource Goal Reports > Misaligned Goals

The view includes the following columns:

• Name

• Resource Goal

• Goal Year

• Goal Type

• Start Date

• Due Date

• Organizational Goal

• Alignment Group

• As Of Date

To generate this report provide values in these fields:

• Report Name. Required.

• As Of Date. Required. Locates goals effective as of the date entered and checks if it is aligned to the organizational goal on that date.

You can use Remove Alignment, which automatically removes the Resource goal alignment to an Organizational Goal. When Alignment is removed, alert is changed to green indicating the alignment has been removed. Clicking the link on the Resource Goal field opens the resource goal; goal can also be unaligned from the form.
