  • If the goal type uses Approved Goals By Year, the status is Pending and Draft. Depending on who is designated as the initiator on the goal year, the current owner and initiator is the employee or the manager.
  • For all goal types that do not use Approve Goals By year, the status is Active. The current owner is Employee and the initiator of the goal is Manager. Only the manager, administrator, or gaol leader can make changes on the Details tab, except for the % Complete and Completion Date fields, which are always accessible to the employee.
