Inactivating and reactivating employee goals (manager)

Note: These goals cannot be put on hold:
  • Bonus objective goals specified in Compensation
  • Goals that have a goal type where the Approval Goals By Year option is selected
  • Goals that are associated with a performance appraisal

You can inactivate a goal and reactivate an inactive goal for reporting employees.

You can also inactivate employee goals on Manager > Develop Employees > Development Plans or Manager > My Staff > View Full Profile.

Goals that have been requested for inactivation or hold can be updated using the Update action. After the inactivation or hold has been approved, the update action is no longer available.
