Integration with other Infor HR Talent applications

Goals are used by the following Infor HR Talent applications:

  • Compensation can associate a bonus objective pay component to a compensation program. The compensation program evaluates a bonus objective payout based on a resource's attainment level (completion and/or performance rating) in the bonus objectives (goals) defined for the bonus objective period.

  • Infor Performance Management can include an Evaluate Goals section and a Set Goals section in a performance appraisal. The Evaluate Goals section lets employees and managers rate the employee's performance in the goals that span the performance appraisal period. The Set Goals section lets employees request new goals, and lets managers suggest new goals directly from the performance appraisal.

  • To complete a goal, employees may be required to do an activity, such as attending a training class, mentoring another resource, or shadowing. Goals are part of employees' development program and can be linked to a Learning and Development activity.
