Creating EEO-4 setup and mapping data

  1. Add the configuration property.
  2. Create the eligibility group to select the jurisdiction resources from.
  3. Create ethnicity types for your organization if they do not already exist.

  4. Create job country attributes for your organization.

    These attributes are assigned to the job.

  5. Assign the job country attributes to the appropriate jobs if this has not already been done.

    These attributes are mapped to EEOC job categories.

  6. Create work types for your organization, if they do not already exist.
