Inactivating behaviors and attributes

When you inactivate a behavior or attribute, the competency or skill that the behavior or attribute is associated with is still active. The behavior or attribute is no longer active. You can reactivate a behavior or attribute at any time.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Qualifications > Qualification Categories.
  2. Open the skill or competency to which the behavior or attribute is attached.
  3. Click the Behaviors or Attributes tab.
  4. On the behaviors or attribute list and clear the Active check box and click Save..
  5. Specify an effective date when prompted
