Creating achievement types

An achievement type describes the nature of the achievement. For example, award, book, or article.

  1. Select Administrator > Qualifications > Achievement.
  2. Click the Achievement Types tab.
  3. Click Create, and specify this information:
    Effective Date
    Specify the effective date.
    Achievement Type
    Specify the name for the achievement type. For example, BOOK.
    Description
    Specify a description. If this field is blank, the achievement type name is the default description.
    Candidate Display Indicator
    Specify whether this achievement type is available to candidates. If this field is blank, the achievement type is available.
    Active

    Select this check box to make the achievement type active. The achievement type is active by default. Clear the check box to inactivate it.

  4. Click Save.
