Deleting jobs

You cannot delete a job that is associated with a position.

  1. Select Administrator > Set Up > Jobs And Positions > Jobs.
  2. Select the job to delete.
  3. If the Active Positions field shows that a position exists, open the job, click the Positions tab, and either delete the position or assign it to another job.
  4. If no positions exist for the job, click Delete. Then click OK to confirm.
