Checking benefit group membership

Use the Check Benefit Group Membership screen to determine if a resource or participant is a member of a particular benefit group. It also can be used to determine which benefit groups would have improved performance by configuring the Async Action Check Membership field from Dynamic to Saved.

  1. Select Benefits Administrator > Benefits > Set Up > Groups > Check Benefit Group Membership.

    Select Administrator > Utilities > Validation Tools > Check Benefit Group Membership.

  2. In the Benefit Group field, click the Search button.
  3. Check the box next to the Benefit Group to check membership.
  4. In the Employee field, click the Search button.
  5. Select an employee to determine if it is a member of that benefit group.
  6. Click Check.

    The membership result is displayed as Yes or No.

    The time in milliseconds that was required to determine benefit group membership in both Dynamic and Saved mode is displayed.
