Employee Turnover analytics cubes

Employee turnover cubes differ from other turnover reports in some major areas.

  • The EmployeeTurnover cube must be refreshed by a system administrator each time that you run the Create Resource Turnover Analysis Data action. You may want to set up a schedule for running both actions.

For information on loading Landmark Embedded Analytics cubes, see the Infor HR Talent Configuration Guide.

  • By default, the cube displays data for the current period. To view data for a previous or future period, click the period that displays, and click the - button to access a past period or click the or + button to access a future period.

  • The left column contains the cube dimension (or dimensions). For example, organization unit. Each cube has default dimensions. Click Dimensions to view the dimensions that you can use. Click the > arrow to add a dimension and the < arrow to remove a dimension. Click Reset to reset the dimensions. You can also use the Move up and Move down buttons to reorder the dimensions.

    Note:

The system automatically resets the dimensions to their original values when you leave the form.

  • The other columns represent measures for the dimensions. For example, the turnover rate for an organization unit.

  • Some measure values have links that bring up a list. This list represent real-time data. So it is possible that the total number of records may not correspond to the record count that displays on the cube, if the data changed after the cube was refreshed.

  • The cubes have graphic representations. The graphics are not interactive; they do not give you access to more detailed data.

  • If you have Personalize security, you can change both the dimension defaults and the measures that display permanently. To personalize a cube, select Options > Personalize.

Use the Dimensions tab to change the Default dimensions that are displayed when you open the form.

Use the Measures tab to add or remove measures.
