HR Talent information for reporting is located throughout the navigation menus. In addition, you can create a report from any list.

This table contains the standard reports and lists for HR Talent. To find these items, navigate to the report using the menu or search for the report using the report name. If another name is specified in the Role and navigation column, then search for the menu name.

Competency Models Create and maintain competency models. Competency groups are attached to competency models, which are unique and can be included in appraisals. Administrator: Qualifications > Competency Model
Countries View and add countries that are associated with enterprise groups, organizations, and organization units. Administrator: Set Up > Prerequisites > Countries > Countries
Credentials Create and maintain credentials. Credentials are formal qualifications delivered by an accredited institution such as a college or licensing institution. Administrator: Qualifications > Credentials
