Infor HR Talent

Use Infor HR Talent to set up your organization structure and rules and maintain resource data. HR Talent is the first application you must use when setting up and configuring your system.

These components are set up and maintained in HR Talent:

  • Currency
  • Organizational data, including organization structure, supervisor structure, jobs, positions, and resources
  • The Competency Management components: Competencies, skills, competency groups and competency models
  • Custom groups: Groupings of records based on user-defined criteria. For example, all resources eligible for specific compensation programs
  • Action reasons, which can be associated with any add, update, or delete action and are stored in the affected record's audit log
  • The setup data for any HR Talent modules that are used:
    • Absence Management
    • Transition Management
    • Compensation
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Goal Management
    • Performance Management
    • Learning and Development

Infor HR Talent includes these universal features:

  • As of dating: Enables snapshot views of the details of any component of HR Talent at any point in time
  • Audit logs: Used to track the history of changes that are made to any component of HR Talent
