Candidate Analysis By Source

The Candidate Analysis By Source report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > By Source.

For administrators and HR generalists, this report displays candidate analysis by source for the selected period. The report displays the number of candidates, number of interviews, number of offers, and number of hires by source and specific source in both list and bar graph form. Expand a source to view the specific sources for that source. The bar graph displays information for the level that you select. If you select a source, then the bar graph displays all the sources. If you select a specific source, the bar graph displays all the specific sources for the source.

For recruiters, this report displays the same information by recruiter, source, and specific source.

Click Dimensions to select other dimensions. For example, to see the information by hiring manager and source. For recruiters, Recruiter is always the top dimension.

Candidate Source Analysis by Organization Unit

The Candidate Source Analysis by Organization Unit report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > By Organization Unit.

For administrators and HR generalists, this report displays candidate source analysis by organization unit for the selected period. The report displays the number of candidates, number of interviews, number of offers, and number of hires by organization unit in list and bar graph form. Expand the organization unit levels to see the information for that level. The bar graph displays the information for the level that you select. If there is more than one child organization unit, then the bar graph displays them all.

For recruiters, this report displays the same information by recruiter and organization unit. Click Dimensions to select other dimensions. For example, to view the information by hiring manager. For recruiters, Recruiter is always the top dimension.

Candidate Referrals

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > Candidate Referrals.

This report displays the status of referred candidates. It can also be used as a reference list for referral payouts. The list can be filtered by a range of hire dates. Because the referring source is a free-form value entered by the candidate, the report is organized by source. Users can use the filter to locate a specific referring source, such as a current employee.

Hired Referrals

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > Hired Referrals.

This report provides a list of candidates that have gone through the ‘Hire’ Selection Process. The list can be filtered by a range of hire dates. Because the referring source is a free-form value entered by the candidate, the report is organized by source. Users can use the filter to locate a specific referring source, such as a current employee.

Offer Status

The Offer Status report is a Landmark Embedded Analytics cube.

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > Offer Status.

This report provides offer analysis by hiring manager and category for the selected period. The report displays the number of offers extended, the number of offers accepted, and the percentage of offers accepted.

For recruiters, this report displays the same information by recruiter and category.

Click Dimensions to select other dimensions. For example, administrators may want to view the information by recruiter; recruiters may want to see the information by hiring manager. For recruiters, Recruiter is always the top dimension.

The classic report calculates data based on the hard coded selection process status of the offer. Instead of this data, this report that is available with implementations that use configurable hiring workflow shows the offer status.

Candidate Alerts

Recruiters can access this report in Reports > Talent Acquisition > Candidate Analysis > Candidate Alerts.

The Candidate Alerts report shows candidates to which actionable items are attached:

  • Do Not Hire: The candidate has applied to a requisition and is not eligible to be hired for another requisition.
  • Aging Candidate: The candidate has been in a hiring workflow step for an extended period and needs attention.
  • Candidate Hired: The candidate has been recently hired into one of your requisitions.
  • Expressed Interest:The candidate has expressed interested in a position but has not yet applied.
