Configuring organization charts

Use this procedure to configure the information that is displayed on a resource's card in an organization chart. You can specify on which line the available fields are displayed on a resource's card.

  1. Select Administrator > Setup > Structure > Organizations.
  2. Open the organization for which to configure the chart.
  3. Specify the effective date.
  4. Click the Configure Organization Chart tab.
  5. Open the Chart Field to include on the resource card.
  6. In Display Order field, specify the number of the line on which this field is displayed. You can click the right or left arrow to open the next or previous Chart Field.
  7. Repeat the previous two steps for all fields to be included on a resource card.
  8. Click Save.
